From Piece from Simbad. If it had a name, have lost it. For some reason not in 'my garden file'.

Though so, a T&M pkt, although I labelled the browny one Autumn Sunshine.

Yes that's right a T&M packet many years ago.
Oh I've been on a iris tuber hunt today Siris flippin magpies bane of my life, planted two in my new seating area border, already replanted one they pulled out now the others gone can I find it they must've flown off with it or thought it was food and buried it, they're like a gang of unruly teenagers.
I will find it!!!

I know it doesn't look very tidy, but I put rose prunings over newly planted plants to help prevent cats scratching out plants, maybe that would work against birds. If my new Iris don't have long roots and are wobbly in the ground, I make a hoop from a metal coat hanger to peg the rhizome down, until it becomes established.
