Haven't tried one yet but certainly look it. The baby cherry tomatoes 'Cerise' have been incredibly sweet and tasty!

Funny you should say that, Paul, as I naughtily popped a cherry tomato 'Sweet Millions' in my mouth whilst picking them off the vine and found it was unbearably sweet. Serves me right I suppose ...

Oh blimey, never found one too sweet for us yet. Most of the cherry ones don't make it to the kitchen.
I think Gardener's delight are still my favourites...as they are smallish like a cherry but not too small(Julie likes to eat them whole and I like to slice them!

Yes, thanks Paul...I did get that, but I wrote a rather confusing message after reading all the comments! Please remember to let us know how tasty Cossack are.....I might try them next year too!

I've grown Sungold again this year outside as I haven't room for a greenhouse here and they are so sweet ! A lot of my friends who have greenhouses have not been eating their toms. as long as us either ! Yours look good too !

Have you got your own personal Sunbeams Rose? ;)

Mine are late as the greenhouse wasn't erected until 26th May so , they wouldn't normally, hopefully be ripening ear
Ire than this. The one in the cold frame(lids off) are just as advanced as the greenhouse ones but not many ripened outside.

Lovely tomatoes. The plants have done well this year. We have had an early but good crop of Gardeners delight and Shirley.

So many people, Linda, including Monty on GW have said this tomatoes including greenhouse ones have been poor but I have too say, all three varieties I've grown in all three positions, cold frame, greenhouse and outdoors...have done as well as usual.Although, its first time I've grown in greenhouse for a few years.
These Cossack are absolutely gorgeous....Particualrly cooked with some herbs. They are so juicy and are lovely sliced, too!

Yes, we've had lots since those Tt......the greenhouse and cold frame toms have been excellent.a bit of a glut at the moment so will have to make some soup or sauce.

I bet they taste fab :o)

Most of our Toms have had good flavour this year Tt ...all except one outside plant! I believe it hasn't been the case for some growers. Monty mentioned on GW a couple weeks ago, the lack of flavour in his toms this year.

Seems we should move Gardeners' World to Captain Blackfoot's patch. ;o)

Ha ha....that would split the audience!!
But the ones who didn't like me ...I'd make them walk the plank!!!
