I just had to get this one....there have been so many lovely sedums on here this year, and tbh, i already have quite a lot, but they are just too good to resist! :)

Yes, I LOVE Purple Emperor. I have it in my Pod planting. :)

..and Shirley kindly sent me two cuttings of 'Matrona' which is another super dark one. :)

Yep, matrona is fab, was trying to remember the name, I have that too :)

What a lovely colour the pink against the dark foliage ,really attractive :o)

That is another one for my shopping list, the sedums are certainly at their best just now!

Variegated white flowered sounds unusual. Has it flowered yet, if yes a pic?

I do love these, but they have looked awful in our garden this year, we do better with the saxifraga....

Sorry for getting you excited Siris white buds open to pale pink flowers oooops, remember buying it because I liked the variegation :-)

i bought three plants of "Postman's Pride" two years ago...it survived the first year ok...which is the litmus test...but it hasn't been making the same size clumps as my old standard. It is a very dark purple leaf with red flowers..not thrilled. Have acquired two new kinds of sedum, (one yellow, one pink, and no idea what they are called) and seeing this "blue pearl" I'm already looking for a spot for it. It really has lovely foliage not as dark as the PP and the flowers are delightful. Only ever had the old standby that my Mom used to call "Live For Ever"... I like it more everytime I see it. interesting how our tastes change. Love this one, Simbad.
