Amy it is fairly easy to make, it just does not keep because there are no preservatives in it...
Shirley our grapes must be sweeter than yours, our neighbour found it too sweet!! I have a sweet tooth so it was just right!! I am going to make some with our green grapes (verjuice) possibly? because they are quite sharp, but slightly perfumed......I made chutney last year, but the grapes had to be de-seeded what a game that was, never again lol
I wonder if you could have sweetened yours with liquid glucose? just a thought,
I am wondering if our juice could be added to a nice rosè or a white wine, must try it!

That looks delicious DD. You could make your own wine. We had two different vines when we lived down the road and made 2 gallons of wine a year from the grapes. One red and the other white. We still make elderflower wine.

Lindak we used to make wine many, many, moons ago but gave it up and gave away all our equipment, so this is the alternative!! we just have to drink it within a few days! we had used to make elderflower , also damson and sloe gin! delicious:-D ;-)
Shirley ours is just outside the conservatory, tried the white grapes today, getting sweeter with the sunshine!

DD we made dandelion wine as well but I never liked it. We have given away some of our equipment too and only make a couple of gallons of Elderflower now. Anyway your juice looks lovely.

Dotty, do you recall I did the same with our Grapes last year but it was too 'sharp' for my taste! Leaving the fruit on the vine, the birds will have a feast later :o)
