What a lovely little fuchsia. Has it survived winter outside?

Yes, Steragram, it has been outside for maybe 10 years, quite hardy, just tiny.

My Winston Churchill has been gorgeous so take heart Homebird, it might be better next year.

Stera. It is a natural hybrid, Fuchsia x bacillaris =F thymifolia x microphylla. I have had it such a long time, maybe 20 years, can't remember if I grew from seed or was given it. There are, however, some named varieties now.

Well you've done very well to remember that mouthful for 20 years! Somebody showed a pic of some miniature ones in a border this summer but didn't know what they were - sounds like one of the new varieties you mention.
