Thanks ladies. With the wind last night there aren't any leaves left today but I'm hoping I might still have a few berries left when it comes to Christmas decs. It makes a change and a nice contrast not to have red berries only.

I agree. I have a Sorbus Joseph rock but not many berries ?

I pruned very hard last year, the first time for years, now it needs to bush out again but looking pretty healthy. (should I tempt fate saying that?)
Give it a couple of weeks and the birds will have stripped it bare and next spring I'll find lots of seedlings under it.

Mine is quite young so may get better as it establishes.
