yes, I think we all have a soft spot for the Robins, dont we? And they seem to get used to you being around and dont always fly away at the sight of you.
I'm just adding a opic I took this morning of a blackbird on the top of my feeding station, eating an apple and when i put the pic on the pc, I realised there was a Robin sitting in one of the other feeders on the station.

I take mealworms with me when I visit the local park and feed the Robins. The Robin we have here is very tame.

I'm hoping, Linda, that our robins may become used to me whilst I'm out working on the veg patch during the coming months. I sprinkle mealworms and mixed dried insects on the lawn for the Balckbirds and robins.

I'm sure the Robins will get used to you Paul and when you dig they may well be on the alert to capture whatever worms come up from the soil too.

Yes, I very often have robins follow me around in my customers' gardens.

Lovely selection of feeders there, Paul. I love the Robin, one of my favourite birds.
