This flowers several times a year and requires little attention (except when it flowers). It measured 4" across.

I have Dietes bicolour, which I bought last year at a nursery sale. It has proved evergreen and come thro' the winter Ok so far. Wrapped a piece of hessian around base and filled it with dry leaves.

I grew D. bicolor from seed, which is very easy. But it has a hard time comparing to this.
