These little birds look like our Sparrows.

I love the Sparrows. They love the Hawthorn hedges here.

It gives them quick cover from the neighborhood cats.

A glass of water thrown towards any cats in our garden who are trying to catch the birds does the task of making them depart. It's just the sound of the water splashing on the ground that makes them scoot. I love cats but we have quite a few round here.

They look very funny there, waiting. They must be very hungry.
