Good to have a 'blank canvas' though. You can plan your own garden and think how proud you will be when it's done!

Take it in stages, don't over-do it.

Keep at it - you should have seen my site three years ago - never thought I would turn it round but I have - take a look (have to admit I had some help at the clearing stage & hard landscape!!)
