Waddy, we've been watching this Pen sitting on her nest and the Cob protecting her and now she has these cute little babies. Lovely isn't it.

Brilliant. I haven't seen any ducklings around our pond so far this year and although the swans have nested in the dykes there is no sign of little ones yet. Lovely for you to see the whole process.

Hi Gee there has been a Canada Goose sitting on the same little island in the river for some time now and we are hoping to see her babies soon. We go down the road to the River Gardens quite a lot and although it is a small park there is plenty to see on the river. The only thing spoiling the gardens is the tearooms falling into decay. There was a plan to have the old tearooms pulled down and a new one built, but councils being councils, and because it's all a conservation area etc... and ......say no more!!
