First bloom, planted under the window and this is as I see it from the living room.

BEAUTIFUL. Good you still have it there. I inherited it myself when I bought my first house 35 years ago, but not sure how many still around here.

Its lovely I bought one but no one to put it in, in time for me so I have given it my daughter she will get the pleasure from it now I hope.

Is your peace newly opened or older and fading? I thought Peace was yellow and pink.

It is opened for a while Siris. It has a tendency to pale a little. It is not completely yellow...just a hint of yellow and yes it has a pink in it. This is a picture from last year (on exactly the same day May 31) which represents the rose little better.
