Dahlia "Orange Marmelade"

It is new this year and I am very disappointed with this flower. The one I assumed I was buying was "Mel's Orange Marmalade ", semicactus.

its still a cactus but you wanted a fimbriated if I have spelt it right ? , I also like pompom and another few days I should have a photo ...

We do have some slugs Stera but it has been dry so not very many. You probably have more rain.
