Unknown blue clematis

Clematis Perle d'azur, I would agree its the veining thats the give away I know its looks darker than most so I would guess its in a more shaded spot , I have grown before in another garden.

Yes Gg, it is on the shady side of the wall . The other side of the window opening the flower is little lighter.
Other indication is darker petal tips and the fact it blooms mostly on the top, even it is cropped to the ground every year. All characteristic of "Perle d'azur"
