You should not have too much of a problem in your garden, they can do their own thing... where as we have to keep them manageable....

Oh that's a nice one !, I'm off to look for a new one this week just cleared an area of a Hebe which never looked very good , I had a pinky one years ago loved it but a casualty of the cold winters so want another like that, did contemplate splitting one I already have but it's huge! a I fancied a different colour ;-)

I hope so DD. Its nice and bright Kathy, I remember your beauty though, very nice. I do worry if it will survive a harsh winter.

I divided my variegated Phormium a couple of years ago. It had sent a flower spike well above the bungalow gutter height, put a division in the back garden but it must come out before it gets any bigger.

I did have two that survived those winters Dawn they died back completely and I thought they were dead in fact I nearly dug them out just didn't get round to it ! spring came and they just regrew !I also saved a small piece off a couple of others which are now just as big as the parents they had barely no root either , so don't think you need worry just don't be to hasty if it dies back in a cold winter ;-)
It was Moonraker I was going to divide Siris described as dwarf!!! which it certainly isn't .

Lovely one Dawn. In a GC recently I found a youngster, a deep purple-brown colour for only £3.99 - bargain!

Blimey Siris, you have a triffid! Talking of triffids, do you guys want a passion flower baby? That's reassuring, thanks Kathy.
Nice on Sheila, silly question but did you purchase. ?

VERY silly question, Dawn, I certainly did :))
Is the passion flower a climber - does it get very big??

Thanks Dawn, but I already have a triffid Passion flower.

Ok Siris.
Yes Sheila, a climber/scrambler, it is pretty rampant.

We have a couple of yellow ones ...... Yellow Wave I love them, also a brown and a striped green, they make good features, just lop pieces off when they become too large.....good evergreen foliage.
