Penstemon 'Polaris Purple'

I love this Kathy. I think I might seek this out. I need a couple more for my pink and blue border. I have a couple in flower as well. The 'White Bedder' is ever so pretty right now, and 'Garnet' is also flowering..

What a lovely colour....... very nice Kathy, might try growing Penstemons again, we have a couple which come back every year.

A god purchase Kathy they go on forever we had some Penstemons that hardly stopped flowering right through the winter last year ..

If they keep on flowering, does that mean they flower themselves to death?

Lol .. no Sue there are several stems to a plant I cut the older ones which have bloomed off leaving the newer young ones to flower ...

Glad you all like it :-), it is a bit more purple than the pictures showing a pretty murky day so the flash kept going off.
Yes Driad they do seem to be flowering very late like Karen I also still have flowers on White Bedder and also lots of flowers on Tall bi-color Sensation , long may they last!!.
I've grown a couple of new ones from seed this year Dd but it'll be next year before they flower , exciting :-)

Oh I hope these go on all winter Amy, brighten the gloom, yesterday I spotted snowdrops poking through in the wood !! So our job for today is to move the logs and branches from trees Robs been chopping before any more show and get trampled!,

I must look at my snowdrops growing round the fruit trees Kathy and like you I must be careful where I walk !
