What a fantastic photo, Wells! What bush is the snow covering?
It made me laugh when I imagined our grandson seeing it - he'd run a mile - in a minute if he saw it!

Thanks, Balcony. How are the Amaryllis doing? I am about to repot some new ones. I still have some small bulbs to go in the ground... The wind lifted them up now we have snow on the tassels. So that's fun.

My Amaryllis are doing very well, thank you, Wells. In fact I have one that is in flower now & another that is opening its 2nd scape/bud. It flowered in November but that scape died & now this 2ndone is just beginning to open today.
I have a red one that has been in flower for a couple of weeks which is also throwing up a 2nd scape! It will be the New Year before it opens.
I was getting many of my bulbs ready for hibernation when I spotted one with a bud about 15cm high. I potted it up & it has since flowered (Red) & is producing a 2nd scape!
If you have snow than your Amaryllis will probably be killed. These plants will not support freezing temps. I hope you can rescue it before the frosts kill it.
