What an unusual coloured leaf, very pretty, but is it cold?

YES SIris. First we had a warm spell, now it FREEZING again. Would this cause it to color up like this. This was in a wildflower seed mix so not sure what to make of it. I hope it blooms

The Gou member Khalanie in Canada pictured wild Lupins (blue) there, it is possibly one of those. One of my clematis had green flowers instead of pink in the cold early weather last year.

Funny how this does resemble a clematis bloom.
