I'm rather puzzled by your photo - it doesn't look much like a Busy Lizzie (Impatiens walleriana)! I have lots of them flowering at the present moment on our balcony.

To the far left is the striped Sanchezia. They have exotic foliage and yellow blooms.

I don't know Balcony, but maybe it is different because is wild. Not planted. My daughter is visiting again this september 7th, I'll ask her to try another photos and a closer view.

I increased the size of the photo & I can see some resemblance to Busy Lizzies in the leaves, they look a very similar shape just that they look longer, especially where they attach to the stem.

The flowers remind me of tiny Busy Lizzie flowers also.

I hope your daughter can get a closer view as I would like to see them closer up!
