What a lovely sighting, never had one of those visit here.

Stunning photo Siris nice to see not seen one in my garden for a couple of years now.

Great photo , lots of these in the meadow where the bees are kept ...

Every time I walked past it flew away , but kept returning to the same spot, that white blob at the bottom was a cut down stalk of the Verbascum. I think it was looking for moisture leaking out.

This is a frequent visitor to our garden, obviously finding a plant it likes.....

Not the most abundant butterfly to visit my garden.
