Beefsteak? looks so pretty and perfect. I love tomatoes but only recently learned that my tummy does not. What a guessing game it can be when trying to figure out food allergies.
I like them sliced with olive oil, sea salt, fresh thyme and oregano and a bit of vinegar. sigh...

I think I might have cut that in to cubes and added it to some greek salad (feta, basil, olives, onions) Yum. But I don't eat them any more....too acidic.

Awww shame Dd. The darn plants got blight end of July, tut, I did but six grafted plants from Sutton's and although they succumbed, they're still producing.
