My papayas were burnt in the extreme heat we had last week. It can typically be very hot this time of year; however, the dry hot temps of over 105ºF (41ºC) caused a lot of plants and trees to burn. Photo taken Oct, 28, 2017.

Surprisingly enough the fruits did not burn. I'm just so glad the temps have cooled down this week! That heat all last week was insane!!!
