This time of year he likes seeds, berries & nuts. He/she loves my juniper berries so much, he built a nest in the tree. Spring, Summer & Fall he eats worms & insects.

LOL, they are very protective of my Juniper trees. They don't let any other birds near them. But other birds get the berries which fall to the ground.
Linda - They are one of the most melodious birds. Sometimes they will sing tirelessly through the night - very loudly during the Summer. I don't know too much about them, but I read that they are passerine birds from the Mimidae family. I found this audio for you to listen to:

She does - and she keeps my vegatable patch virtually pest free. This is the one that owns my juniper trees.
