I also thought it looked like a Bonsai! Interesting the way some plants grow! Not your usual plant with a central stem & a pair or two of leaves on either side - like young children draw! ?

Marjorie it is a succulent... Balcony it's very likely be money plant....

Looks great in that pot. Finding unusual pots is quite a challenge here. I never seem to be able to find any.
