I just gave him a belly rub. He was playing in the grass.

Was the grass dewy Paul, Costello looks as though he has had a shower and has partially dried off, or is his fur very silky soft?

He's a Chantilly (aka Tiffany). His fur is very sleek and longish by nature. It naturally has a sheen which gives the appearance of being wet. It was very breezy out that day as well.
