Looking surprisingly happy, despite the heat, I agree with you regarding the snails, still finding those disgusting slugs, usually taking refuge under something damp!!

All the Hostas, despite, being in the borders, have not had any water during this drought, but I have put home-made compost down any fissures that opened up.

That's good Sirs, majority in pots, as you know, all have flowered profusely this year, yet I thought Hostas preferred the damp!
