I was sent some seed by a lady on another gardening forum I post on. They were slow to germinate & then only one seed germinated but during the weeks of intense heat & sun that we had it died even though it wasn't in the sun much of the time.

That's a shame David , I can't remember what time of the year we set our seed that might make a difference ...

A few days ago I saw these plants had been put in a garden not far from where we live & I was able to see them in flower for the first time! 👍🙂

Out of all my Eucomis E.bicolor was the only survivor after the beast from the east.
