The oldest house in Manhattan is said to be haunted by several sources. Apparitions are often seen standing on the balcony at various odd times.

LOL I wish I could move here. Just some knocking around, shadows, occasional appearance that vanish, but nothing malicious.

You can't be too sure of these ghosts. We had one that made our dog walk up the stairs backwards! Can you go inside it?

Yes you can go inside. You can even go on an overnight ghost tour.

It looks similar to the Whaley House here in Old Town San Diego.
