Yippee thanks Paul I might put some more seeds in now I'm sure of them ,I'd love to be able to put a photo on next year ,I have them in a pot indoors on a sunny window sill ,is that alright ?

Yes, that sounds good, but I've never tried growing them indoors in pots. They are native perennials here in the Northeast US, so they can handle the cold winter. They should be planted outdoors at some point, maybe in the Spring. Are you going to keep them in pots or will you plant them out in the garden?

Thanks all , they will definitely be planted outside in the spring Paul fingers crossed they stay good and healthy , we have a garden room here which I didn't have before the move they can make their home in there until the better weather ...

You really done well Amy. The seedlings look so green & healthy. I admire your diligence. Congratulations! They do need a little 'mothering' at first, but after next Spring, they will naturalize and you won't have to bother with them again...and if you need more seed pods, just let me know. I'll send some off. I saw a new variety called 'Mellow Yellow'. It's on my shopping list. I'm still laughing about your buckets of tomatoes. Yours' did better than mine.

Paul I've put a photo on of just one Tomato to show you the size of them plus a pic. of a pan of soup , BTW they were grown outside as I didn't have a green house when we moved ..

Hi Amy: Yes, this is Butterfly Milkweed. They are looking good. They'll need as much sun as you can give them. Would love to see them bloom for you in the Spring.
