Gosh it must be good soup - better than Campbell's for sure. I love them fried up with bacon & eggs in the morning. We began getting real Autumn weather, so my tomatoes are just about done. My eyesight has improved a lot since I've started eating fresh tomatoes everyday. I had to get lesser magnification glasses. Sometimes I don't need to wear them at all. Amazing! lol

The soup is lovely Paul ,I forgot to say I always put a good dash of Smoked Paprika in before the end of cooking time I love that smoky taste ,my hubby always said I should have opened a soup kitchen Haha .. Is that true about your eyesight thats amazing I'm going to start eating twice as many Toms .a day,My eyes are becoming worse I probably need a new prescription , I sometimes get the magnifying glass out to read the small print , I have heard Blueberries are good for the eyes they use to feed them to the pilots in the war ...

oh, I didn't know about the blueberries - time for blueberry pancakes. Here's what I just read about eating tomatoes;
'Tomatoes benefit your eyes due to their vitamin A content. Your retinas -- the thin, nerve-rich tissue located at the back of your eyes -- rely on vitamin A to function. Vitamin A plays an important role in the light cycle, the process your retinas use to detect light and send visual information to your brain.'

That's amazing Amy. A meal of itself- no green shoulders either. I'm impressed.
