Prunus Snow showers....Autumn colour

Janey

By Janey

Prunus Snow showers....Autumn colour (Prunus snow showers.....weeping Fuji cherry)

I always prune Snow showers after flowering, taking off the long hanging branches, as its area is limited. Wider and wider it is growing, which I like, it does give me room to under plant, so there is interest all year.

That works beautifully. I do the same with my standard grafted cherry Janey. Sadly it doesnt have good autumn colour because it has dark red leaves. Yours is stunning!
