Thank you TT. I went round the garden this evening and found a beautiful pink hepatica in a pot. If I had more energy I would be taking it to the Edinburgh Rock Garden Club show on Saturday. I will try and get a photo tomorrow.

Pink one sounds lovely. I was up ladders yesterday, trimming climbers, but as with you, not much energy for such adventures !

You are very brave. OH has always done any necessary climbing inside or outside but has had to retire from that chore now. When he came home from hospital the district nurse advised us to get in touch with the fire brigade who came along and changed our battery fire alarms for 10 year ones. It is such a relief to know there is help to be sourced if you know where.
