Thank you all :) it's my favourite spring shrub and I only gave £1 for it in Woolworth many years ago !

Wow, that really was a bargain. So much lovely blossom this year, perhaps the mild winter has something to do with it.

I miss Woolworths ! In fact most of the good shops have gone from our town.

I still have a climbing Rose from Woolworth Hywel they always sold good plants in fact I can't recall any other shops back then sold plants nor recall many garden centres here.

Same here Rose1949 the decent shops have all gone even M&S that's still here does no longer sell quality it's all made on the cheap clothes and shoe wise also their food it's all from the same place as all the others.

It doesn't last long enough. It's going over already :(

Awe that's such a shame I find blossom last longer in colder weather.

Yes I agree, we've had a hot spell this spring and the flowers have finished too soon.

Same here Hywel last year my Tulip tree lasted ages now the petals are starting to drop already.
