Are we in the tropics?

there is a band on her leg... she belongs to somebody. I lost a lovebird to an open door. will she come indoors? If you have a bird cage, or can get one, leave it on your porch or deck with food and water and the doors open. It's a tropical bird and it will soon be too cold for it outdoors.

She already flew off. Maybe she went home. I don't have a bird cage.

She has a red ring around her foot Paul perhaps that means something.

I'm not an expert, but generally means she's a protected species and anybody who harms her will be in deep doo doo.
