Just thought of what you've said about the view....it's rain running along the gutter in the road. optical illusion of the sea.....could be looking down on a beach with the waves coming in....never gave it a thought.

The quiet, fine days have been very few and far between this winter.

They have Chris. The field at the front of our house has been standing in water since August! It doesn't offer a lot of hope does it? ........:(

Hi Wildrose, CK DD and Seaburngirl, it's bucketing it down again tonight and blowing a gale. I feel sorry for the farmers.

And so do I.......seems to be never ending!
