So true, Derek! I can’t wait! I have new shoots popping through now, just waiting on the flowers appearing!

Your tulips look very pretty.

Thanks Rose, I moved them to the living room, right next to me...nice to look at.
We are definitely willing Spring to hurry along, we shouldn’t really, but, it’s the lighter nights and springtime colour we like to see.

Noticeably lighter this weekend isn’t it? A great step forward. I usually start filling my house with daffs about now, but they give me a headache sometimes, so I shan’t. I do have two Amaryllis growing though, and should have flowers on them soon. No sign of any tulips emerging yet, but the snowdrops are almost out, daffs are emerging, and I thought I saw a crocus in bud today as I came in the house. I forgot to go back and check it out!

Thanks Karen and Amy, yes it’s great having that extra light in the late afternoon. I noticed here, it was lightish until 4:40pm. I’ve noticed only ONE snowdrop flower emerging, patiently waiting on the others. Crocus have popped up, look forward to them flowering too.
