These carnivorous plants are in pots but remain on the pond shelf all year round now.

Amy, they do look ragged after winter. I take mine out of the pond cut off the dead bits, taking care not to cut out the tiny buttons of developing flower buds, tidy them up and replace back in the pond.

I'll try treating it with some TLC Sue , we haven't a pond here Its something for us to look into...
