Potted up some mint into a little bargain buy from the supermarket. I was surprised to find the lovely green pot was plastic. Thought I’d plant it in a pot as it’s quite vigorous. I’ll probably add some gravel.
I do have one planted higher up on the bund.

Looks great in the pot Kate.

The pot adds a nice relief from the leafy greens. You have an eye for design. It looks like a stone pot - like the one I have.

Nice one Sheila, I’m sure you’ll have plenty too. I hear it’s quite a spreader/rhizomatous. The pot is from Asda, think it was £12.
Thanks Julia, I was convinced it was time until I picked it up!
Thank you Shirley, it caught my eye as soon as I walked in! I thought yes, it’ll do for my mint. Ideal.
Thanks Karen and Anget.
Thank you Paul, that’s a lovely comment. You must post your sometime too. Be nice to see!

Thanks Amy and Dd, I have noticed Asda still have them in store.. I do like to have some herbs in the garden. As you say, it’s lovely brushing past them or stopping to crush a leaf and enjoy the scent..

I’ve also been growing Mentha - and giving seedlings away. Hope I can find a pot as nice as yours 🙂.
