Passiflora Constance Elliot (Passiflora caerulea (Passion flower))

I've been busy tidying up the Passion flower this afternoon, close up its a very beautiful flower, pure white with that stunning ruff, the bees really loving it too..

That's a joy. So pretty. I have a baby one of this. Every time it rears its little head, the snails go for it. I'm in despair with the molluscs this year..

It is Ange, better as a close up, I think. Yes I remember that's what happened to this one, it was chewed off by the critters, but actually it did really well then, just a little bit of snail pruning, that was all.. Fingers crossed for yours..

Thanks Shirley, she is lovely..I have baby aquilegia coming through...unless it's a weed seed that's germinated quickly..:((
