Some years ago our local council gardeners planted up lots of 'Castor Oil' plants on a traffic island here & they looked fantastic!

Thanks Kate , David my plants are from seed I picked off a plant in France I save the seed every year , I bet they looked lovely in a group on the traffic islands ...
