Is it a hardy variety Sheila or is it in a pot/basket ? It looks rather like Rose of Denmark ...

It will survive in a sheltered spot Sheila as long as the winter is not too severe.
Having said that it could be a different variety. There are so many similar ones.

Hi Sheila..I'm not sure which type of bee, but more than likely a solitary type. Not a red tail...I think those are his wings over his bottom. Could be leaf cutter...x
