Yes, I think so Rose but I do tend to keep cutting it back so maybe that is why it is late!

Does Plumbago get really big ,Chris? I don't know anything about this plant. I love the delicate Blue colour x

I do love Plumbago ... is it related to Ceratostigma? (also with a pretty blue flower).

Bloomer, ours would grow quite big but I keep it cut back! It grows beneath the jasmine in our porch and has been here for as long as we have ( nearly 40 years!! )
Sheilabub I am not sure about that? We inherited it and have just accepted it being here without finding out a lot about it.
