Very Palmy Neighborhood

Yes, the beach is only a few blocks from this neighborhood. These homes are probably 3,000 sq ft. I’m guessing 1.4 million dollar homes!

I thought they would be owned by the rich a bigger plus being by the beach. I would nt want to live close to any beach with how the weather is .

La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe is where the wealthy people live. They’re mansion and in the tens of millions of dollars.

They can keep their mansions lol thinking of all the staff you need to employ to clean them you would nt get much privacey their life must be boring as when they get that rich you no longer have a dream to aim for no feel of satisfaction.

The gardens in La Jolla and Rancho Santa Fe are absolutely wonderful! Many huge exotic palms and giant Plumerias.

The gardens sound wonderful you ll have to get a photo next time I hope the weather does nt harm the exotic palms and Plumerias.
