Rather unnoticed during most of the year but at this time attracts your attention with its upright blue pinnacles.

Be captured it so well, Julia! It’s really in full glorious colour now. I’ve a couple on the rockery and the wildlife just love them too!

I like them too. Just added 'Chocolate Chip' to the two I have already. Your flowers are precocious, aren't they? No sign of any here.
