Oedemera nobilis, Thick legged flower beetle
(but only the males have thick legs, so this is a female)
Found today in my conservatory.
It was quite pretty really, being a metalic green colour and apparently likes flowers such as daisies cornflowers etc.
I couldn't find anything bad about it so I put it on some Osteospermums in the garden.

I’ve seen a few Hywel, I agree, they are a ‘pretty’ colour! Great photo too!

They are striking beetles. Saw them when I used to visit Victoria at Parc Slip reserve, Tondu.

I've never seen one before so I had to look it up.
