Interesting … it’s also the only Penstemon that isn’t easy to strike cuttings from … too woody maybe?

That wouldn't surprise me at all Julia - although that raised bed rarely has slug/snail damaged plants. I'm going to regret saying that aren't I?!!

I love this Penstemon Julia … mine is just starting to flower. The white flowers look so good with the burgundy stems don’t they? You have a lovely combo there 🙂.
