Nice combo, Sue. I’ve noticed my little Olive which is over 2 feet, has flowers on now. I’ve mine planted on the rockery, seems happy enough.

Its 14 years old, Sheila. Might get a bit big for your rockery, Kate.

I think you're definitely right there Sue. OH was the bright spark who decided it'd be nice there and take ages to grow!!!!

Thanks Sue, I think I’ll let mine grow to 3 or 4 feet, and then keep it in check 🙂.

The city planted Smoke Tree's along a newly done street median. They are nice to look at...the crew in spring cuts them way back for another season.

STAN, last winter was the first time i pruned it, cutting & taking out all the dead wood. Looks so much better this year.

They are dramatic plants to behold.
