A few French memories bought today at Marks.

A mix of summery sunshine, Julia. Definitely evokes the French countryside…reminds me of holidays in Italy too…seems such a while ago doesn’t it…

Nothing beats a field-full in the Southern sunshine, but htis is the next best thing.
BTW, I have just bought new curtains in the same pattern as your lampshade for my bedroom, but in blue! Good taste, Meadow (!)

The Tour de France has actually shown some gorgeous little French, picturesque places, Julia. I’ll bet it has had you reminiscing….
I’ve been looking through some holiday snaps on the computer..plus I have been checking the webcam in Sorrento!!! Sad or what! We had an Italian style lemon cake at lunch today when we were out, with a nice coffee..you have to dream don’t you!

Cwtch sounds a pretty name, Julia. I googled the word and it is pronounced kutch to rhyme with butch, I see.
