Today's flowers.

I was in and out 'till lunchtime, but don't settle outside for any length of time, Meadow. We seem to be in the hottest part of the country. I hope your sunflowers perk up. I have to get round to ironing at some point soon!

Lovely arrangement Ange. I’ve just ‘pruned’ a tall blue Campanula and ‘tidied’ a deep pink Salvia … the results now in a mini vase. I think your will last longer than mine 🙂.

Thanks, girls. I never used to bring garden flowers into the house, but I do it a lot now.

I’m the same Ange … suddenly finding there are a few things to pick. With your lovely choices you obviously have an artist’s eye!

A very pretty bouquet Anget , I like to bring a few bits into the kitchen, usually something the wind has broken down .....

We've had plenty of choice this year, Amy, what with the effects of wind, rain and drought!

Lovely arrangement there Ange. I picked some different flowers from my garden and took over to the elderly lady across the road who doesn't get out. I cut myself a bunch of Lavender and it smells lovely.

So dainty and can virtually smell it from here…..
