Golden Finger Bananas

My Golden Finger bananas have finally ripened on September 13. I forgot this variety takes longer than other varieties to ripen in summer. The whole bunch weighed about 40 lbs. Photo taken on Sept. 13, 2021.

We gave a lot away to family and neighbors. This is a pretty small bunch of bananas. Mysore and Ice Cream bananas are much heavier with many more hands.

Wow!!!! That’s a lot of potassium there! Lots of energy to be had, Andy. Haven’t heard of ice cream bananas or what they look like. I’ll be googling now!

That's a lot of bananas, Delonix! You'll end up going "bananas" if you eat too many of those! 😂 😂 😂

The bananas are long gone. We ate all of them. Lol
